All international orders from PippinKits are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and are not tracked. This is to reduce delivery costs. If you are ordering from the UK or outside the UK a full refund will be given if the package is not delivered after 28 working days from dispatch.

Can you deliver to a PO box address?
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes in the following territories: U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand and the E.U. due to restrictions from our shipping carriers.
Returns
We guarantee that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return the item concerned in a clean and re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt, the cost of the item/s will be refunded. All queries and complaints will be dealt with speedily.
