Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

All orders are shipped directly from the UK. Delivery times to any destination quoted are given by Royal Mail and are not a guarantee that the package will arrive by that time. All international orders from PippinKits are sent via Royal Mail International Standard and are not tracked. This is  to reduce delivery costs. If you are ordering from the UK or outside the UK a full refund will be given if the package is not delivered after 28 working days from dispatch.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes in the following territories: U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand and the E.U. due to restrictions from our shipping carriers.
